CLIENT NEWSLETTER –
JANUARY TO MARCH 2026
Welcome to 2026
As we begin a new year, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our
clients, families, and friends. Thank you for your continued trust in our services.
We remain committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports
your independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Winter Health & Safety
Winter can be a challenging time, and we encourage everyone to take extra care.
Please ensure your home is warm and comfortable, wear suitable clothing, and stay
hydrated.
If you feel unwell, please inform your care team or GP as soon as possible.
Our carers are here to support you with daily routines, mobility, and comfort
throughout the colder months.
Medication & Appointments
It is important to take medications as prescribed and attend all scheduled GP or
hospital appointments.
If you require support with managing medication or attending appointments, please
speak with your care team.
We are here to ensure your health needs are met safely and effectively.
Staying Connected & Emotional Wellbeing
Winter months can sometimes feel isolating, so staying connected is very important.
We encourage regular contact with family and friends, whether through visits,
phone calls, or video calls.
Our carers also provide companionship and emotional support to help promote
wellbeing.
Awareness & Community
During this period, we recognise important awareness events such as mental health
awareness and inclusion initiatives.
We are committed to promoting dignity, respect, equality, and diversity in all
aspects of our care.
Looking Ahead to Spring
As we move towards spring, we look forward to brighter days, warmer weather, and
opportunities to enjoy fresh air and gentle activities.
We will continue to support you in maintaining your independence and wellbeing.
Thank You
We would like to thank all our clients and families for being part of our care
community.
Your trust and support mean a great deal to us.
